Phil 413 LLC benefits from more than four decades of hands-on residential construction, project management, procurement, and building-industry experience.
Principal Michael Scot Trueblood previously owned and operated a Florida construction company specializing in residential construction and renovation. He has vast experience in residential and commercial construction in New Mexico, Wyoming, and Florida.
Trueblood holds Florida Certified Building Contractor License CBC1253739, currently maintained in inactive status.
This experience provides Phil 413 LLC with substantial familiarity with construction documents, estimating, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, code compliance, scheduling, and residential building systems.
